However, they had a system problem and switched me to a different, more expensive plan (without my consent). After 30 days, my life turned into a nightmare! The bill was $165, I called them and they lowered it to $145, which I paid because they said it included fees. The next month, a different bill arrived for $203! I was supposed to pay $65 plus fees! I'm not kidding, the bill came to $203! Unfortunately, Verizon doesn't respect its customers; they are lying thieves. If I hadn't checked my bill, I would have paid $203 for a basic Verizon line! Don't use Verizon. They may have signal everywhere, but you'll always have problems. They never keep their promises. That's what I call a SCAM!!! Goodbye Verizon, don't fall for this scam! They'll change your plan without you knowing, give various excuses, and the next month the bill arrives. They don't respect their customers. I'll never use them again! Never trust them, your bill will go up and they don't care about any of their customers! Please don't fall for this scam!!!
