He was extremely knowledgeable on everything required to know related to iPhone types and services available. He was very fair and considerate of everyone needing his assistance. From now on, I will always be at this Verizon store for any products I’ll need in the future. Zee is an asset to Verizon and an outstanding customer service representative.
