Ended up taking a hour to help us and then spent another hour to hour and half to process the new phones (which is understandable). Just wished there was the ability to get an appointment or there was more help at the store (only one representative who was the manager). Then there was the wait time again to return the old phones. Again, we called ahead to make sure we can make an appointment and was told no. I’m writing this review as we have spent about another 15 minutes waiting(and still waiting) and the rep (same as last time) claims to be able to help us in 5 minutes.
