Remote Geek Squad is terrible. The agent ANKUR had no idea what he was doing, so he was flustered which resulted in him being short-tempered and nasty. Zero stars for him - but the New Hartford store made good on his ineptness. I ended up having to pack up my PC and drive over an hour. The in-store agent (Landon) was excellent - so 5 stars to him.

I just dealt with a rep from the Geek Squad to set an appointment to set up my computer. I don't remember her name but she had the patience of a saint. I had no idea what I was doing and she was wonderful. She had to help me with every step. I want to give her a 5+ for her complete understanding of my lack of knowledge and got me thru the whole process. I could not find the survey to write this

You cannot reach the whole store by phone...
cannot reach Geek Squad.....I pay excellent $$ to have their service. When my contract runs out, the whole store will never see me again. It is not the workers fault....I blame whoever owns it. Very poor customer service.
