It was time for them to do their part on their part online. But nobody wanted to do it so they sent me away. Telling me to just go online and sign up for yourself. Which I already had and then I had to go to the Verizon in Rome, New York. And they still couldn't get me through to the Verizon forward program.So my bill is $60.I'm switching back over to spectrum which was thirty five dollars a month. Why do they offer the verizon forward program if nobody can get you there
