Verizon effectively robbed me of my accumulated Verizon Dollars, offering no resolution or accountability. This experience revealed the true nature of Verizon’s “customer service” — nonexistent when you actually need assistance. Their focus is entirely on making a sale, not on supporting the customers who’ve kept them in business for years. A company that disregards loyalty and integrity this blatantly doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.
