  My son’s less than a year old iPad has broken (through no fault of his own twice). First time they ordered a replacement it took over three weeks. Now here we go again, with no response, no way of contacting them unless I go there, and zero reliable customer service.

  Got there right when the doors open some dude at the genius bar told me my quarter screen black dot was stupid to fix and it was 449. Very nice guy tho. Then I Had to go to the front wait on another queue to buy a new phone even though I was already there. No problem got back onto it. I brought the new phone after intense heckling of buying anything he can think of. At setup there was a older bald dude that obviously hated his job. About 4 times he asked his co-workers who on setup I'm not on it and was clearly trying to get out of there. He then proceeded to put my phone into recovery mode when i said I needed it for work today. Its a bunch of commission greedy know it all's that wont tell u anything useful to help. The one brown hair lady was awesome though 1/10 overall drive the extra thirty minutes to avoid this horribly run establishment. I called apple and they said my phone wont work for a week probably. Wish I could give this place 0 stars

  Absolutely horrible experience. The salesman was way to busy about going on break than he was to help me. I’m switching from android to apple and was concerned about the potential for lost pics, saved info and all he said was it should be ok and that I have to do it myself. As he was rushing me to switch over I was trying to make sure everything was ready to swap over I ask if I need to move my secure folder into my reg folder and he said no it would transfer….:: it did not. Then as I’m doing data transfer another sales person rips my old phone out of my hand to put a trade in sticker on it and now my charger port is messed up and I have to hold my the plug in and not move for 45 mins. After transfer is complete I realize my secure folder didn’t come over another employee decides to “fix” my charge port with a paper clip and in turn destroys it so plugging it back in was not happening. At that point Ryan the sales guy comes back from lunch and goes “what the hell are you still doing here” I told him what happens and that the 3,000 pics in my secure folder didn’t transfer over and I’m kinda screwed, he just gives me a blank stare and says “that sucks” and walks away. It sure did those were pics of family members and friends that are no longer here. Never ever was treated like this in the 15 years I was using android phones. My apple experience will definitely be 1 and done

  Horrible service. I walked in and was given attitude when I asked to make a reservation, then was told I would be seen in 5 minutes and waited 40 minutes! I know they feel entitled to push around customers because their products are so superior, but this is ridiculous.

  Brought my phone in for a crack on the back of my phone, thought I’d get it fixed cause I have apple care so why not. Never once was I told if I had water damage that they wouldn’t be able to do the repair, I knew I’d have water damage, I’ve dropped my phone in the shower, pool, ocean, toilet etc. I am not carful. If they’d asked I’d have said nvm, the repair isn’t important. The damage was minimal, I didn’t even need it done. They come back out and say they ordered me a replacement phone cause I have water damage. So now my 29$ repair is a 100$ replacement phone And I lost all info on all my apps that aren’t apple apps when the transfer happened that I’ll never get back. Important stuff and it’s really upsetting. When I got a new phone, upgraded from the 12 to a 15, all stuff including all the info that is now lost transferred no problem. But apparently not with a replacement.
