  Easy and simple experience. I had to fill out some annoying form to get my headphones. In other Apple stores I’m usually in and out with a tap of my phone for payment.

They listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and worked together to fully resolve my issue without ever making me feel rushed. Shamari was patient and thorough, while Steve brought top‑notch technical expertise that turned a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. They fixed the problem and gave helpful tips for the future. I’ll definitely be returning to this location and will be asking for them by name—highly recommend!

  Literally just let the store and I have to do this review before I forget. Shamari did his thing! The last time I came to this store I was told I have to purchase iCloud storage for my phone but I knew there had to be another way and a reason my System Data was eating away at my storage. He took his time was clear and gave me THREEEEE options to fix my phone. Give that a man a raise!! Nanuet Apple Store Shamari is your guy!

  Had to transfer one ipad to another. I had problems. They found the problem quickly. They were friendly and efficient. Walked in and immediately had someone helping me. I would definitely recommend them for your needs.

  I’m an iPhone 15 user, bought my phone not even a year ago and had battery issues with it, went inside the store after scheduling an appointment only waited 2-4 minutes, got seated and attended to very fast! Said it’d be ready by 2:20 pm it was done sooner! Then went to purchase apple care and it was a fast process. Finally went to purchase a phone case, by far the sweetest employee named Andrew G such a kind person :)! Had patience, good communication skills and great service. I’d say if you ever need something go those are the employees are such good workers! Props to them for having patience and dedication! Wish nothing but the best!
