They’re customer service representatives, and they’re doing a shitty job at that if I was able to switch off of Verizon to a different phone company I absolutely would because of that reason.

I'm still at 83. Also he told me the screen protectors would be free Which I just got charged around $11 for one and apparently I had a $10 a month Spotify that I've never used and I am basically not happy. There's probably more I can't even think of but when I walk in and they tell me he's not here any longer apparently, that means the warranty is over to me. This is nonsense.
