I had issues with the Tv and returned it thinking it was a seamless process but was told that I had to take the tv back home and call Geek Squad to have them check the Tv out. Very disappointed with Best Buy because I have been a loyal customer for many years and did not expect to be treated this way. Buyer beware especially when purchasing a warranty. Their warranty is not as sweet as they advertise. The Sales Adviser named Kevin was professional and did help me as much as he could throughout this ordeal.

The customer service department was excellent, very knowledgeable about their products, not to mention the great prices. A 75" LG for $600 is not bad at all. I highly recommend this place, I had a great experience there.

I brought my device in for a hardware upgrade and received it back with missing screws. after I examined it at counter, the laptop bezel was lifting. When I mentioned it, the Geek Squad technician claimed it was already like that. However, as someone with an IT background, I can confidently say the screw holes were damaged from excessive pressure during reassembly. Now, whenever I open my laptop, the bezel continues to lift. I strongly advise against bringing your device here for hardware upgrades..
