We were not greeted at all upon entering, waited over 20 minutes, and the salesperson basically ignored us the entire time without any acknowledgment. The lack of basic customer service and manners was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone. In contrast, the Verizon store in Middletown, NY was the complete opposite experience. The salesperson, Josh, was incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. If you want real customer service, go to Middletown. I gave a star because google wouldn't let me post without one.
