  My experience was horrible . My spouse went to pick up my phone. The sales person hand him the phone and saying he already activated the phone. In good faith my husband took the phone as is in the box and left. Once he got home he opened the box it was missing the charging cable. He called the store and the sales person said the the missing cable is an apple issue with a rude tone and hang up. Until today my issue is not resolved I don’t recommend this store because of their bad costumer service

  I initially went to the Verizon near the Newburgh Mall. There I was informed that there were no special offers for me and I would have to wait till Black Friday. I decided to try my luck at the Larkin Drive Verizon as there I had always been treated very well and I also found it hard to believe that I wouldn’t qualify for some discount as I my phone was a dinosaur. Not only did the guy who helped me find a great deal for me, but also took his time and wanted me to go through all my apps on the new phone to make sure all were working. I hate changing phones, but he made it so easy and removed all the pressure from the stress that comes from a new phone.
