They seem to be to busy chatting amongst themselves to be bothered to help. Every time I have called they give me a short reply that barely answers my question, and always in a very agitated manor. In all don't expect much of any help from the staff. If you have any real questions I would call the Geek Squad service number, they are much more willing to help.
