When I tried to return the devices, both the staff and the manager were unhelpful, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. I’ve now spent two months trying to recover the taxes I paid on the devices through customer service, with no resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store. If you choose to shop here, make absolutely sure every detail of your plan is clearly stated and verified.

We then went to a different Verizon Store (3150 E. Main Street) down the road in the Shoprite shopping center. The rep there was immediately able to help us and get our issues resolved quickly. Don't go to this store. Drive a mile down the road and go to the other store neae Shoprite.
