    I had an extremely poor experience at this Verizon store. Staff repeatedly ignored customers, including business clients, and showed no urgency or professionalism in addressing concerns. The service quality at this location falls far below acceptable standards. Ignoring customers and failing to resolve issues creates frustration and wastes valuable time, especially for business clients who rely on efficient service. This store needs significant improvement in customer engagement, accountability, and problem resolution to meet Verizon’s expected level of service.

    Arrived at 10:20 checked in and only 1 person before me. I was Told it would be 5 min. LOL. Two employees were helping one person. Finally another employee showed up at 10:45. Took me 50 min to just buy a phone and leave. They need to do better!

    I scheduled an appointment to upgrade a phone and get help with my bill. I made an appointment ahead of time and checked in 15 mins early through the app. When I got there at 1:55, there was one person ahead of me. I waited 30 mins and during my wait another person came in. They took the other person AHEAD of me even though he wasn't on the Que. When I questioned it, they told me I would be next after him and they wouldnt take long with him. You know, if you make an appointment and are 15 minutes late for it, then you have to reschedule your appointment. But they can make you wait well over 30 mins and just take walk-ins in front of you?? Make is make sense. Verizon service, both phone and internet, has been terrible lately and I am a 21 year customer. My bill has changed considerably in the last few months and I just wanted answers. They had 4 people working with others. I waited my time and was patient but once they took another walk in ahead of me i was done. No one else could assist me?? Why make people have an appointed time to come in if they take walk in's ahead of you. TERRIBLE service and didn't even try to get someone to assist me right away when I decided to leave. I went home, called Verizon directly and they helped me with EVERYTHING within 18 minute phone call. I'm over it.

    I went in because my phone kept saying “invalid SIM.” When I sat down with the representative, he told me that my SIM reader wasn’t working and that I needed either a repair or a new phone. He then tried to get me to sign up for a fourth line in order to get a deal on a new phone. I told him multiple times that I didn’t need a fourth line, but he insisted that in order to trade in my phone, I would need a more expensive plan—something I was also not happy about. I ended up leaving without a phone and still without a working SIM after being there for an hour. When I got home, I called Verizon directly to see if they could help, and they fixed my phone in 10 minutes. Avoid this place at all costs. They lie to you to get you to sign up for new phones and lines you don’t need. Also, I forgot to mention that the rep spent part of the time on Snapchat right in front of me while pretending to work on my phone.

    This store and its employees have gone down hill. My brother wanted to get off his father’s plan and all you do is say call this number and get it handled. Well, they called the number got everything switched apparently and my brother has 2 lines when he should only have 1 and my father still had 3 lines. yall just gave away an iphone 17 pro with a credit check and still charge my father for the bill. crazy work. all yall care is about the money cause when i left my fathers plan this was never an issue so what’s the issue now. if i have to get involved, my family will switch to a different phone company, if yall don’t fix it.
