- JBJalonda BradshawSep 27, 20251.0I made an appointment to have the battery replaced on my iPhone and when I went in they said the tech never showed up and they didn’t have the battery in stock. So they ordered it and gave me another appointment. Before the appointment I called to make sure that they had the battery and the tech was in. However, nobody answered, I was just forwarded me to the main office. So I went in according to my appointment and they didn’t have the battery even though they supposedly ordered it. This place is a waste of time and useless. AVOID!

A Salesman named Gabe helped us and was able to trouble shoot the problem in literally seconds. We did need to leave it but had it back within 48 hours. Gabe was very Professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand way for those, such as us that are not completely up to speed on today's fast-moving technology. Gabe was also very respectful and a good listener, a truly talented Salesman. We greatly appreciated his help. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for any computer repairs you may need.
