  I called Geek Squad about my PC having issues (fans weren't working). I asked if they could provide any time frame (because I need it for work) and they said they couldn't until they saw the device. So I scheduled an appointment and brought it in only to be told that it would take at least two weeks. Pretty frustrating since I literally asked for a time frame and would have preferred to not waste time going to the store.

  I made an appointment to have the battery replaced on my iPhone and when I went in they said the tech never showed up and they didn’t have the battery in stock. So they ordered it and gave me another appointment. Before the appointment I called to make sure that they had the battery and the tech was in. However, nobody answered, I was just forwarded me to the main office. So I went in according to my appointment and they didn’t have the battery even though they supposedly ordered it. This place is a waste of time and useless. AVOID!

  I hate this store. Appointments are NOT kept; ever. I can hear the workers in the back joking around. Why in the world won’t more than one someone come out and help.

  The best service of any I have used in my over 50 years of dealing with appliance/online device companies including Sears, Macys and other similar service companies.
