  Me and my friend went in today trying to see if the store could fix my broken screen. All I needed was to be told no, and that I needed to find a repair shop. The man whose name was Daman I believe. A tall man with black hair a beard and a defined mustache, was AT FIRST very helpful nice to find me a repair man to which I was very appreciative of, ( told me who the repair man was but then as I was almost at the repair place he called me to tell me he sent me to the wrong place and I needed to go back to get the address to then have the store actually not be a different store and I turned around and wasted my time, but that isn’t even the beginning of it but basically it all went south and his demeanor completely changed on me. He let me know I had an offer on a new phone but I politely declined for personal financial reasons. He didn’t listen and still pushed me to get a phone. I told him after I got my screen fixed I would make a decision but I guess that answer wasn’t good enough so he kept pushing me but also telling me my bill would be more expensive, “but it’s only 10 dollars more” which wasn’t a very convincing sales pitch??.. I get his entire job relies on sales, but when someone tells you no thank you, and I even told him the reason when I DID NOT owe him that, my “No thank you” should have been respected with grace instead of childishness because I told him no :/. So, Eventually when I stayed silent after I told him no for the third time, he then said very rudely was trying and failing to hide his annoyance with me and giving me an attitude, bluntly told me to “make a decision” like demanding me to make a decision! I’m sorry but how dare he talk to me that way when i ALREADY politely told him no thank you?! I felt so disrespected and belittled and his entire attitude was very demeaning. At that point i just wanted to get up and walk away but he had my phone in his hands. So after that I felt extremely uncomfortable and I just told him yes in the end so he would stop giving me the overbearing negative attitude and was making me and my friend both feel extremely nervous. So he gave me my phone after I told him I would get my phone fixed, went to the repair shop and realized he still had my SIM card. So I went back to get it, and he actually HESITATED to give it back to me!! I guess because I reiterated to him like I said I would earlier to “make a decision”… like he told me to which was that I DIDN'T WANT A NEW PHONE?! So THEN when I had to for some reason explain to him TWICE that I just wanted my SIM card back after he hesitated the first time.... he gave it back to me EXTREMELY dismissively and was avoiding eye contact when I was trying to further speak with him, apologizing for changing my mind as if I need to apologize for that but when a man suddenly acts very mean i wanted to ease the room when he was acting so out of line towards me! so I could get some Sort of positivity and he began to ignore me and basically ran to help the first person who walked into the door behind me so he could be over it, much like a child who did not get what they wanted. So yeah! Unfortunately A very bad and uncomfortable initial visit and it was the first and 100% the last time I will ever come to this store for any Verizon or IPhone help in general. Learned my lesson! You guys should watch the cameras and reevaluate this person as a team member for your store. I have someone who was there with me the entire time to confirm the behavior :).
