  Today I had to visit a Geek Squad location in Middletown, NY. I will tell you that I was very fortunate to have had Nate as my customer service. Nate was patient, courteous, extremely knowledgeable when it came to addressing my technical concerns. Based on this experience I will continue to seek out the services of this location. I will be highly recommending this location for your technical support needs moving forward.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I literally started panicking when a message about “BitLocker” suddenly appeared on my computer. I had never seen it before and had no idea what to do. I went straight to the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Middletown, NY, and I cannot say enough good things about the representatives there. They were absolutely amazing — calm, knowledgeable, and immediately knew what to do. They explained everything clearly and fixed the issue. I’m so grateful for their help and professionalism.   The stupidity is real! No one communicates. Their main headquarters fails to update addresses and phone numbers dispite the fact I have updated my contact address numerous times! I have to physically go to the store to get things done! 100% dissatisfied!!

  The 1 Gentlemen was Extremely Smart & Very Knowledgeable. The first younger gentleman didn’t seem to know many answers. The more knowledgeable man even said to the younger man, “How did you get hired to work here?” lol Still, I was happy with the experience and I feel I was guided in the correct direction.
