  Every single time I come to this place it's some nonsense. You wonder why people don't come in your store to shop because you make every single visit a miserable experience and the worst part of that customer's day. I stood at the geek squad that's for 10 minutes while people continuously walked past. Not a single person acknowledge my existence. I needed a hard drive that was hanging on the shelf behind there. So finally I went and stood in the customer service line because they don't have registers anymore. Just the customer service counter with a long line. So I make it up there and I'm like hey I'm over there for 10 minutes and the manager says did you make an appointment and I said no I didn't make an appointment. I need a hard drive off the shelf. And so he goes and gets the hard drive. And I already know that I'm paying triple what it costs if I just ordered it online from somewhere else, and when he rings it up it's five times what it would be online and I said no that was hanging up and it said it was this much and they said oh it was hanging in the wrong place. That's not the price. It's this price. I told them forget it. I don't want it. This was not my only miserable experience with the Best buy, but I have a miserable experience every single time I go in. There's no simple process to just go and get a product and pay for it and leave. Always some nonsense, no reason to shop here.

  A clean and well organized store. I had no issue finding a new monitor for my PC and the gentleman behind the counter even price matched with Wal Mart's lower price.

  Came in with a non-functioning computer and left with a working one in just a few short hours. Shout out to Damali for her kindness and knowledge! She made the experience wonderful and I will deffinetly be returning to this Best Buy.

  recently picked up a pair of Beats headphones from Best Buy, and I have to say, the entire experience was great from start to finish. The staff actually took the time to walk me through the different models, explain the features, and let me test them so I knew exactly what I was getting. You don’t always get that type of help in big stores anymore, so it really stood out. As for the headphones themselves — absolutely amazing. The sound quality is on a whole different level. The bass hits perfectly without being too much, the vocals are crystal clear, and the noise-cancellation makes it feel like you’re in your own world. I’ve already used them for the gym, car rides, and even around the house, and they haven’t disappointed once. The battery life is another huge plus. I can go days without charging them, and when I do need a boost, the fast-charging option brings them back to life quickly. Best Buy also had a solid price and made checkout easy, so the whole thing felt smooth and worth the money. If you’re thinking about getting Beats, this is definitely the place to grab them. Great product, great service, and totally worth it.
