I just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Geek Squad member Nick who saved my life after my computer broke right before finals week! Nick accommodated me without an appointment, soothed my anxiety, and made such helpful recommendations. I truly appreciated how he told his fellow coworker that the turnaround time on my computer was urgent. I felt like he truly understood the gravity of the situation and was quick to respond. Additionally, he also just completely got me when we were figuring out which bells and whistles were important to me and which weren’t and there was no pressure! Best Buy give this man a promotion and recognize the wonderful employee you have on your hands ASAP. Nick, thank you so much for all of your hard work, god bless you, and happy holidays!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience
My wife and I bought a Samsung Frame TV at Best Buy Middletown, NY, and asked for professional installation. The Geek Squad installer made holes in our wall, couldn’t finish the job, and blamed the TV. The assistant manager promised to fix the damage and remove the installation charge, but corporate later contradicted everything. Another salesperson later admitted we should never have been sold that model since it wouldn’t mount flush to the wall — which was the only reason we bought it. Poor communication and zero accountability.

The two men, who installed my son's car radio, were very kind and professional. They were the best. They installed the radio perfectly! I would highly recommend coming here to my family and friends.

I appreciate how environmentally friendly Best Buy is. They take my old lithium batteries and devices for recycling.
I'm glad to see a store that survives the onslaught of online retail options, and I hope they stick around for many more years.
Personnel are always friendly and welcoming. 👍
