On the freezing evening we were about to take the baby out to the car to change her diaper, when the manager of the store (Raj Arora) wouldn't let us go out in the cold. He took us to the employee area of the store and set up an area for us to tend to the baby. He was so caring and wonderful. I don't know how we would have managed without him. We had to come back a few days later to finish our purchase. Raj took great care of us and got us the best possible deal on phone and service. Great customer care. Thank you to Annis also who worked with Raj.
