Completely disrespectful and not helpful. I will never be going back to this Verizon location. I went to a Massapequa location that is completely out of my way and they were more than helpful, and respectful. Very disappointed.

Nicolette helped me switch carriers and get an Apple Watch cell plan on a watch for a child. She was patient and skilled and I saw on the reviews that Brian and Kim are mentioned, but I wanted to make sure Nicolette gets some love, too, as she was fantastic.
