  Jeff was incredibly helpful. I had never considered switching from AT&T because everyone always told me I wouldn’t be able to keep my phone number, Not Jeff, he easily transferred the number over with ease, he had a positive attitude and stayed on top of my phone delivery and contacted me immediately after the phone arrived to his store, he also stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. This experience was so fantastic and genuinely made me so happy, I will continue going to Jeff and this Verizon for all of my phone needs and I recommend you do to!

  Rolisa was so helpful and so cool. She made getting a new phone quick, painless, and she even looked through my plan while my phone transferred info and got my bill down for me. She was so kind and easy to talk to. I would absolutely come back to the store after this experience with Rolisa. Thank you again!

  My mother and I decided to go to the Verizon store in Medford, on Horseblock Rd., because she needed a new phone. When we arrived on Sunday, September 14th, the first thing we noticed was that a car was parked in the only handicap parking spot available. And this car was not supposed to be parked there because it had no handicap sticker. Normally, this wouldn’t have bothered me but my mother is crippled and has difficulty walking. She needs to use a walker to get around. It was very inconvenient for us to have to go around the parking lot in order to get on the sidewalk. Then, when we went into the store, I noticed two male employees standing in the back of the store, seemingly not doing anything. They weren’t with any customers, so I greeted each of them with a “hello”. Neither of them responded to my greeting!! This infuriated me so much that we were about to leave and even change carriers. Because that is not the way a customer service representative should treat a customer!! However, as we were about to leave, a female representative approached us. Her name is Rolisa Reid, and she is kind, considerate and very helpful. She sat with us through the entire process and helped my mother set-up her New phone!! We were very satisfied and grateful for Rolisa’s assistance. Nevertheless, though, we have decided Never to return to the Verizon store in Medford ever again.   What I thought was a complicated process moving my phone from one carrier to another which includes the dual SIMM feature, turned out to be simple; the Verizon agent Shedley had explained the process to me in full and offered to help me port both numbers over to my new cell phone once I get my new phone activated through my company. His associate Jeff was just as accommodating and both told me about a business plan offer once I activate my phone. Thanks to both for their assistance!
