  We went to the Mattituck Verizon store to find a new charger. My husband’s cord was not charging his phone, it was a 14. The Verizon employee, Sim, said there was something in the phone outlet that was blocking the plug. A wireless charger would run about $90, including the extra cord needed. So I asked how much was a new phone. With the trade-in, he had a 17 for $240 plus taxes & fees. Being thrifty, my husband was interested but didn’t jump. Then, Sim said he had a 16E for $10 plus fees, still staying in our plan. He took his time with us, answered all our questions. We’re dinosaurs & had a lot of questions! Sim transferred all the info from the old phone to the new one. Showed us the new parts of the phone. We couldn’t be more pleased with Sim’s help!!

  I lost my phone and Jordon was extremely helpful and patient. He helped me put in an insurance claim and set up a new phone. He made sure everything transferred and even came out to my car to make sure I could set up a blue tooth connection with the car. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!

  jordon was so patient, professional, and knowledgeable. he helped my husband and me buy and set up 2 new phones, iPads, and apple watches. we've never had such a good experience anywhere buying iPhones. the man is a prince- spent so many hours with us over 2 days making sure everything was properly transferred over to our new equipment. many many thanks jordon!!

  Jordon at this Verizon store was so helpful! I had a complicated order to fulfill with adding new lines and he walked me through the whole process with care and attention. He provided a variety of options to work with and what I really appreciate is that he didn’t try to sell me extras that I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. Doing things in person is sometimes priceless and this was one of those situations. Thanks Jordon!

  I went to the Mattituck Verizon store with an iPhone that wouldn't charge. The associate who helped me was a very knowledgeable young man - Jordan Williams. He explained the various potential problems and the solutions and I opted for a new, free iPhone. Since we had to order the new iPhone, Jordan hooked me up with a loaner magneto (?) charger so I would have the use of my old phone. Jordan was great and made the entire experience pleasant. He was not only knowledgeable and courteous, but extremely patient with an older techno-illiterate man (me). He explained everything from the contract to setting up the new phone. He's now my go-to guy. Thanks, Jordan!
