Kyle at the Manorville store was also awesome despite having issues with my order made it happen so I walked out with my phone today. The rep on the phone at the store did a good job fixing the issue and keeping my bill as it was set up last night and gave me a credit on my next bill. Overall it took alot of my time and I wish there wasn't ALWAYS an issue or problem but they solved the issues and got me my phone. Overall 9 out of 10.
