    I do not recommend this Verizon Wireless location. My experience has been very disappointing and frustrating. The initial order was not submitted correctly and was done by an employee who does not even work at this location but at a store in Queens, which I was completely unaware of at the time I visited the Manhasset store. As a result, numerous issues were created, and the employees in the store on January 11th, 2026 were unable to fully understand what had been done. Rather than starting over or assisting with the issues associated with the order, they had me get on the phone with customer service to fix an order they themselves did not fully understand. We spent over an hour in the store, on top of the two hours I had already spent the previous weekend setting up five lines. Because the original order was incorrectly created and requested only four lines be moved to Verizon instead of five, we now have to wait for those four lines to port before the fifth line can be addressed. This is turning into a multi-day, maybe even multi-week process, and it is unclear if the port overs that were done at the store today with the help of customer service representatives were done correctly. We were simply told to wait between 4 and 24 hours, and once the four lines are moved over to Verizon, we can begin to address the other issues and hopefully correct them. Additionally, I was very disappointed to see an active-duty serviceman come in to pick up his phone and request assistance transferring his data, only to be told there was a $30 fee for the transfer. He ultimately left the store and said he would do it himself. For a company of Verizon’s size and reputation, this was very disappointing to witness, and if this is indeed their policy, I sincerely hope it is reconsidered and changed.

    Kristofer was absolutely the best!! I don’t want to go to anyone else for phones ever again! His patience and helpfulness was very genuine. I will be back when due for an upgrade.
