My iPhone 15 Pro Max was having connectivity issues. John Kelly literally saved the day! I was so frustrated because I had tried everything, if it wasn’t for him fixing the problem I would’ve been out of phone for a few days as it was a weekend. It was busy in the store, but John made it a point to take care of everyone. John delivered possibly the best customer experience I have ever had. I was so thankful and so relieved that shortly after I called him and asked him if I could get an Apple Watch. I was back at the store in 15 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with my new watch. Seriously, if you’re looking at reviews in deciding where to go, even if it’s out of the way, go here! Not only was John great but the rest of the staff was very friendly and exchanged some jokes. Really great people!
