This past year, we have had some challenges specifically with one of the new phones glitching. Strangely, problems occurred twice with 2 different new phones. Both times, I was able to set up a time to see Greg for help with navigating the issues. Greg has always been professional, helpful, and patient when troubleshooting and ultimately resolving any issues that have occurred. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and has become our go-to guy here. I highly recommend this location.

This is the second horrible experience I've had at Verizon and I'm switching carriers after this, not to mention contacting corporate. Which is what I would recommend to anybody who has had a bad experience here, go Verizon! Definitely a boys club, I'm not interested in being a part of.
