I purchased an iPad from an online store, which stated they had it in stock. After traveling 10 miles, I was only informed at the physical store that they did not have the product in stock. To make matters worse, the refund will only be processed in two days, and I am returning to my country the following day. I am left without money to buy another iPad and without one. Stock error. I am the one who suffered the consequences.

What a friendly, kind and a positive professional! He ran all the tests and checked my device in a variety of ways.

Steve at the front saved my life today. Best Buy closed 2 hours early due to huge snow storm, and I had a battery and charger for my snow blower ready for pickup. While steve kept turning customers away he recognized my urgent need to allow my online pickup for my snow blower to work. HUGE THANKS STEVE!!!!

Odrika was extremely helpful from the beginning, assisting with the product paperwork and ensuring everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
Al took the time to understand my office needs and helped me select the right product. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
Chantz ensured that Al addressed all of my requirements and made sure everything was properly taken care of. His attention to detail and oversight made the entire experience seamless.

Good day,
So i just want to make it known that this store does not sell items to customers. Instead the employees buy it instead or who knows where it goes. The item im referring to is Pokemon Cards. Please investigate this store. I recently purchased as shown in the receipt the night before(Feb 10,2026), i went in store as per my complaint now. I was only allowed to purchase 1 of the pokemon sticker packs and i understand it was 1 per customer. Okay so it was also closing time and no customers in the store you can also review their camera if anyone was able to clean out the inventory of pokemon cards. Im saying this because the Manager in the morning time(feb 11,2026) , was trying to make a point that how would i know if anyone else bought pokemon cards? Like i was literally there right before closing time and saw NO one buying any pokemon cards or even Knowing there was Pokemon Cards. i Also check this store random times because its the nearest bestbuy to me. So anyways the employee told me i can come back tomorrow and purchase again and that they have a good amount left. Okay next day i wait outside right before it opens, head to the counter , and they say that there is no Pokemon available. What happened to all the stock? Guy told me if i was there in the morning i would be able to purchase again. Again its not even about pokemon its about Store Professionalism and the Backdooring of products by Employees. Please BestBuy Coroporate investigste this. And this isnt the only incident, im sure alot of people have there own Bad experiences regarding this topic.
