    Called Best Buy to make sure this location had Sodastream carbonators in stock before going there. They said that they were in stock. Went to the Customer Service counter last Friday around 5:15 pm to exchange my empty carbonator for a new one and was told that they weren't in stock. I told the employee that I just called and was informed that they were in stock. The employee (who needs to be retrained in customer service or get another job) did not apologize and said "Well this store doesn't even have a phone number." I was about ask if he was accusing me of lying when he said "If you called somewhere it was probably Best Buy headquarters." I informed him again that they said the carbonators were in stock at this location. He still did not apologize but a supervisor nearby did and said that they did not receive the shipment for some reason. As I walked away from the counter, the male employee said "Have a nice day, sir." in a condescending sounding way. Best Buy needs to give accurate inventory information so people don't waste their time going to a store for no reason. More importantly though, that employee needs to be retrained or he needs to get another job. Also, I've seen many other bad reviews about this location with responses from Best Buy to send them a message on their social media sites. Why would a customer have to send you a message on social media when they already told you what the issue is?

    Had the absolute pleasure of working with Odrika from Geek Squad. She was so kind and professional. She explained everything to my daughter and was genuinely interested in her replies and questions. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Odrika was top notch.

    It was my first time there and I absolutely loved the experience. They make you feel welcomed and their work is very nice. I just went there for manicure and at the end they ended with massage on my back ☺️. They offered water coffee and tea. Everyone was very friendly.

    The staff is OK but the inventory is lacking here. They used to have a lot of cool new products on the Display but now it's kind of a glorified Showroom. I'm sure you can get things delivered to this location but given it's location, they should have much more inventory available on hand.

    Esta tienda no la recomiendo me robaron horriblemente nose si por ser latina o que ??? Me vendieron un teléfono y me vendieron un seguro me cobraron 2 veces el seguro y cuando quise usarlo me dijoeron que se cancelo porque el seguro estaba junto con una membresía que yo nunca acepte y no me informaron ni nada simplemente a las personas que venden hay no les importa el cliente son mal educados están conversando y nadie te soluciona nada 🤷 jamás compro en best buy nunca más ...
