My partner and I came here to exchange a past purchase and also wanted to browse televisions because we needed an upgrade. We were approached by specialist named Jaime Quizhpi. He was extremely knowledgeable in the television and LG department. He listened closely to what we were looking for and helped us decide by showcasing different options on tv’s, explaining the differences in screens, brightness, difference in oled models and sound qualities. He showcased the tv we were interested in a home-like environment and was very patient with all of our questions. Jaime helped us decide on a 77” LG OLED and helped us save more by bundling a soundbar at an amazing price. He got us delivery and installation services with Geek Squad, and assisted in opening up a credit card. Thanks again Jaime! 5 star service!

I'm writing this negative star review for the Best Buy location in Long Island City, Union Square, and 231st street Broadway in the Bronx.
Incredibly incompetent and uninformed amout of professionalism and product knowledge (rather, lack of product knowledge) was displayed. Inaccurate return information provided. Wildly inconsistent attempts at customer service in-store and over the phone (while in-store). Unnecessary shenanigans and drama across three Best Buy stores across three boroughs.
I attempted to purchase a 65 inch TCL QM6K series TV open box fair condition. I didn't know fair condition means NO box, remote, power cable, or stand - just the TV thick in bubble wrap. After making a fuss I was provided with a power cable and remote.
Upon making it home I attempted to connect the power cable - it didn't fit. So I had to go to Best Buy in the Bronx to get a power cable that fit.
The next morning I started an order for stands for the TV on Amazon. Amazon said to check the model number to ensure fit. When I checked the model of TV, I realized I had a 55 inch QM5K TV - wrong size and wrong class. That afternoon I visited the Union Square store and explained my situation. Union Square staff said I can bring the TV back to ANY Best Buy.
The next day I brought the TV to the Bronx store since it was the closest and easiest to get to from my apartment. After getting the TV all the way there (multiple friends and family members driving me around because I don't my car), I was told that Best Buy Bronx CANNOT accept the TV. What? Union Square said I could bring it to any Best Buy. Well Union Square was inaccurate. So now I had to scramble and find a ride back for me and my TV to my apartment.
While at the Bronx Best Buy I called Best Buy on the phone to get resolution. I was put on hold across two representatives for over 20 minutes with no clear resolution so I hung up.
Finally after several days and getting access to a dedicated car, I took the TV back to Long Island City Queens to return the TV.
No apology. No accountability. Just gimme your money and take what we give you. Well no more of that Best Buy. You have lost a customer indefinitely. I will not recommend you for anything to anyone. The advice I would give is to stay away and find some other retail. Walmart. Amazon. PC Richard and Son. Just not Best Buy.

We had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy. We recently purchased a TV from them, and it turned out to be defective shortly after bringing it home. When we contacted customer service expecting a straightforward replacement, we were met with resistance and unhelpful responses.
Instead of standing behind their product, they made the process difficult and refused to replace the faulty TV. For a company of this size, I expected much better customer support and accountability.
We would not recommend buying electronics from here if you expect reliable service after your purchase. Very frustrating experience.

I purchased five TVs for my business, and one of them was not working properly right out of the box. When I went back to return it, instead of helping or even checking the issue, they immediately claimed I damaged it myself.
There was:
• No willingness to work toward a solution
• No respect for the fact that I made a large purchase for my business
They completely dismissed my concern and offered zero support. It felt like once they had my money, they didn’t care at all.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I expected much better, especially from a company like this.
I will not be doing business here again.

This is my first time making a review on Google but I truly believe it’s worth it for the customer service I had received. I had come in hoping to view a variety of lenovo laptops I was interested in swiftly with no issues, but not only was that experience made it was added on with stellar customer service from an individual named Christian. He was a sweet and knowledgeable young gentleman whom had given me their utmost time and kindness, being beyond patient, explaining the products and the benefits I would receive purchasing them. Thank you to this store for hiring such associates handing out these wonderful services. This won’t be the last time he’ll, or this store see me.
