She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained my options clearly without any pressure, and made sure I felt confident in my decision before leaving. What really stood out was her professionalism and attention to detail. Kenedi went above and beyond to make the process smooth — from answering all my questions to ensuring everything was set up correctly before I left the store. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine and thorough. If you get the chance to work with Kenedi, you’re in great hands. She represents Verizon extremely well, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service she provided.

  After spending multiple hours on Verizon's customer service to get my phones ported back over to Verizon, i decided to go into the store and try to do it in person. I was very frustrated at the process. Kenedi greeted me at the door and I was not in the best of mood. Not only was Kenedi able to listen to the situation, she was able to do what I could not do over the phone with corporate. She got my phones ported back to Verizon. She was knowledgeable and professional. I can not say enough good things about how she handled my situation. Thank you!

  I came in today to get my daughter added on my plan. Kennedy helped me and went way above and beyond helping me. She found the most affordable options for what I needed, got both my phone upgraded and new line added, and even put the cases and screen protectors on for us! Really appreciate her kindness and help today.

  Excellent service! I came in a few days ago with my boss attempting to get mobile hotspot data enabled on her existing Verizon device and plan. At the time I was under the impression that it was a service that needed to be added for an additional charge. When we entered, we were promptly greeted by Chris (with the good hair 😉) and asked how he could help. He listened to our needs, did a bit of research, and discovered that the plan and device in question already had mobile hotspot enabled! He proceeded to take 20+ minutes of his day to explain to my older, tech-illiterate boss what mobile hotspot is, how it works, step by step how to connect and use it, and he even helped us to set a custom hotspot name and password. Chris did all of this knowing we were not going to pay a dime more for it, and I was honestly impressed with the way he handled my boss, who can be a bit eccentric and off-putting for some. He was incredibly kind and patient and made what could have been a very cold technical conversation feel like chatting with an old friend (plus I'm inherently impressed with anyone who casually drops the word "penultimate" in every day conversation). Simply put, an outstanding representatation of what customer service should look like. If the need should arise in the future, we will be returning and asking for Chris by name.
