I spoke to Bismar quite a bit before even going into the branch to finalize costs and when I ultimately made the decision to purchase a plan. He made me feel comfortable and explained what every penny on the bill would reflect. Never felt rushed or forced. Now hopefully Verizon’s overall customer service can do the rest.
