When I went in for the appointment, they told me they didn't have the parts and if I wanted them to order it they would need to hold onto my phone for 3-5 business days. My main problem: Why book an appt with me if you know you don't have the parts for the replacement? People behind the counter were nice. Just a bad booking system.

Have had to use the “protection plan” twice now for a Bosch dishwasher. Both times the dishwasher was out of service for three weeks or more due to lack of available appointment times and the technician being unprepared to fix the unit requiring two separate visits each time.
