I inquired with the cashier about a price match, and she informed me that the manager had declined the request. I then asked to speak with the manager directly. The cashier returned and stated that the manager, who was standing approximately 10 feet away, had again refused. Consequently, I approached the manager, named Ben, and asked him myself, he started making up stories about employees and black Friday. I was very polite and I believe this guy was a racist because I am hispanic. The price match wasn't a huge deal, like a hundred bucks difference, but what really got me was that I was standing right there, ten feet away, and he didn't even bother to come over. NO WONDER WHY ALL THESE STORES ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. SHAKE ON YOU BEN!!!

I have to give you my number and then he said “you’re not listening” and I said “I’m not listening what do you mean?” And he said “don’t you wanna sign up for rewards” when I never even said I wanted to. It was an older white man with big lips, and short in height. Probably the most odd person I encountered in a very long time. Hope people like him heal in life because what 😂😂

Now the status has showed delayed 4 days after the delivery date with no hope for a new one. I called the shipping company and they said BESTBUY never let them pick it up . I do not have a new shipping date and I cant cancel the order . This best buy seems to be scamming people to steal their orders .
