    Went in last week to buy a laptop. Took a while in empty store for help. Once help came I asked about the laptop I wa interested in and asked about. Response was “it’s good”. I asked for more info. Repose was “yeah it’s pretty good”. I then responded that it was an expensive purchase and is there anything g else they can tell me. Response was “yeah it’s expensive”. I asked for more info the “help” responded by telling me g what was in the display card. I said fine I’ll Grab it. He then said oh we don’t have that one and you can pay here and pick up else where. I walked out went to another Best Buy and purchased there. Not sure what happened as I used to love this store but left with bad blood and will not be returning and telling family and friends to go elsewhere. A horrible experience and I have bought dozens of electronics there over the years. Never again. And btw thus is the first time I have ever left a review anywhere. I was so disappointed.

    We bought an Oura ring on sale for my daughter (which was a surprise). She wanted a bigger size so we went back to the store to exchange it. The employee who helped me told me it would be $100 more and the reason was that because it was a bigger size it’s more silver ( yes and I listened shame on me) I paid and left. After sitting with this for a little bit I looked up on line to see if the bigger sizes cost more and SHOCKER it was false he charged me $100 more cause the ring was not on sale anymore. I went back spoke with the manager and was told he would not honor it cause it wasn’t on sale anymore. It was an exchange not a return and he wouldn’t exchange it. Tips me if something was wrong with the ring he would have(make it make sense) Makes NO SENSE!! Called corporate and was told it was managers discretion went back into store and told the employee he asked manager and he said NOPE NOT DOING IT!! I returned the ring and will take my money elsewhere and spend my money happily!! For a store that claimed bankruptcy and is looking to close stores this is HORRIBLE customer service! Will never shop there again! Shame on them!
