I saw Hazel at Best Buy Levittown, she was so rude, first of all she didn’t help and secondly her behavior was extremely bad. Will never return, also try not going there, there are other better stores.
Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and still managed to waste 15 minutes of my life. Had to physically chase down two employees just to get someone to acknowledge my existence. No one approached me, no one offered help, and when I finally tracked someone down, there was zero urgency or apology for the wait. This is not a staffing issue, it is a culture issue. If your employees are actively avoiding customers on the floor, that is a management problem. Best Buy already loses on price to Amazon. The only reason to shop here in person is service. They failed at the one thing they had left. Will not be back

I can’t say enough good things about the Best Buy Levittown location. In my experience, it’s not the store or the brand that makes the difference—it’s the people—and the team here is exceptional.
The store manager, Ben, stands out immediately. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. You can tell he takes pride in running a great store.
Christian, the sales associate who helped my husband and I choose a TV, was also impressive. He was patient, informative, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
All in all, this team sets the standard for what customer service should be. Five stars, without hesitation

Manager created an unsafe environment by his inaction that led to arguments and potentially worse situation. Do your job and keep people’s buying experience safe and enjoyable.

Wrong information provided in store from what I was told online. Store representative couldn't be bothered and didn't attempt to hear what I was told or attempt to resolve the situation. Lost a customer and a total member.
EDIT: do not bother reaching out via social media, they are just as worthless as the store personnel. They did offer to document my complaint with corporate, probably next to there receipts from CD sales. What a joke.
