- GGGigantorSep 22, 20255.0Recently had a grooming here. Been coming to this business for about eight years. The front desk is always welcoming and efficient, even on the phone calls. The manager Terri is on top of everything and has her fingers in all facets of the business. Always had a great experience with her and the staff. My most recent visit my dog had a grooming from a young lady named Kasey. I informed the manager that it was the best grooming that my dog has ever had in his whole life. The way she accented some of the features on his face, nobody has ever done before. She definitely is a master at what she’s doing. I hope she stays. Thank you to everybody for taking care of my 2 children Casper/Maggie. Keep up the great work. Have a great day !!!

They were so amazing but as soon as it became VCA it is just an obvious corporation all about turning profits and patients. After spending $600, I STILL haven’t gotten the results of my cat’s bloodwork after 3 months. Thankfully because she has a preexisting condition she can go to Upstate Vet, where we’ve transferred her records. It’s really disappointing what has happened here.

He is now getting elderly, and has always been very anxious when visiting the vet, requires the "party hat" and then some. I was driven to make a public review after our experience this morning with Vet Tech Joey - he was empathetic, caring, and went out of his way to help our anxious dog. I can't recommend VCA Shaker enough, especially if they have people like Joey on their staff.
