- MYMary YowellNov 29, 20251.0Bought all my cats there for years spent alot money loved the staff back in the day but today was horrible first it was a back and forth battle with an appointment, I ask a question very rude at front end then they added on more services that I never requested for which I denied I bought that up to front end they just blew me off lack of communication at the front end to the people that are calling misinformed me about the pricing I was surprised when I had to pay another fee I wasn't happy once again your frontend staff no communication they should've told me about that extra fee when I called after today I'm just going to another vet . I can't be treated like this when I'm dropping money to have my animals taken care of only good thing was I had to call there was issue with my cat after the visit the the doctor and assistant was very nice and explain the situation

The manager Terri is on top of everything and has her fingers in all facets of the business. Always had a great experience with her and the staff. My most recent visit my dog had a grooming from a young lady named Kasey. I informed the manager that it was the best grooming that my dog has ever had in his whole life. The way she accented some of the features on his face, nobody has ever done before. She definitely is a master at what she’s doing. I hope she stays. Thank you to everybody for taking care of my 2 children Casper/Maggie. Keep up the great work. Have a great day !!!
