    I use to order the replacement off of the website. Then I discovered it was an actual certified Zagg kiosk in the mall and I have been nothing but satisfied. Not only is it convenient, the customer service is great. I never had a bad experience but I gotta say Shaik is by far the best. He remembers everyone and always have great conversations. We are never sitting there in silence. He is efficient and replaces the screen perfectly. He always has a pleasant smile on his face.

    If i could give a 0 i would.I had One of the worst customer service experiences of my life i Went to get a new replacement screen protector fom my samsung galaxy with a zagg warranty. I saw that the gentleman did a rush job Not cleaning my phone properly i started asking him all these questions about his policy On workmanship Not many answers, just keep getting that.If I replace the screen again , it would be twelve dollars. He was very robotic and not much help with any question that I had.very confused. I did not want to pay with a credit card so I tried to go get change and he rudely told my wife While I was gone that your husband thinks i'm a scammer (she told me this later) At this point I just wanted to get out of there. After a week , I noticed that the screen protector had a slight hairline crack from top to bottom. I returned to the kiosk , and he told me that it would cost twelve dollars again. Again very robotic. I tried to reason with him. To give me a new protector Because technically it is still on warranty and that I would put it on myself to save the $12. Then he said there was a handling fee.If I did it myself , could you believe this. He then put his boss on the phone with me.I don't know why.And I got nowhere because he did not understand my situation.The worker just kept laughing at me and thought everything was a joke. I had to leave because I was getting very upset. As I was leaving , he wanted to give me a fist pump Could you believe this guy I really had a lot of restraint.Today. 11 days after My phone protecter is unpeeling at the corner. Or it's a bubble. I dreaded going back but I did. The rude worker saw me coming And replied , you are back! All for twelve dollars !! I proceeded to show him The great workmanship that he did on my phone and again the same answer $12. Yes, I was 4 days past the warranty for workmanship. I asked for his bosses number. Nothing but laughter. I proceeded to look for mall management.And they told me to file a complaint which I will be doing With the mall ,zagg (I will be calling Zagg also to see about replacment policies are what he told me. Which to say the least was confusing) and the better business bureau. Low quality shields ( I had my zag shield 5 years , and I put it through hell and it never cracked like this one) and rude bad customer service like this are not acceptable!!!!

    The attendant at this store was very polite and knowledgeable. From the outset I knew he was proud of his work. I would definitely visit that location if I need help again.
