The girl made me scan a QR code and sent me, a customer, away to get one from inside the nearby mall to “save money”. Would have been great had the guy inside the mall not been rude and said I’d have to order one anyway. Meaning I’d pay MORE for shipping. Had to go to another store all together just to buy a screen protector when I originally told the girl I wanted to buy one. This whole experience made me rethink if I even want to continue being a customer with Verizon.
