After scoffing at my lack of a time machine backup, the whole team including the “technician specialist” did next to nothing to help fix my brand new macbook (purchased at their store). Basic user troubleshooting was the extent to which they went to fix the problem, and constantly assured me there was nothing else that could be done, besides erasing my entire disk. The next day i went to a local business (fluid imagery in westhampton) and my issue was resolved in about an hour. Do not go here for any technical issues as they will opt for the laziest possible route and make you sit there through all of it. If a lightbulb went out in your kitchen, these guys would recommend you buy a new house before mustering up enough brain power to fix it.

Manager Joe was very stubborn during my visit. Despite Apple granting me a return extension, he insisted on giving me a hard time and required that I personally call the exact Apple specialist so he could argue the situation with them.
Ultimately, the Apple Huntington location accepted my return without issue, and their specialist team was excellent. This experience made me feel that Manager Joe was not going above and beyond for the customer, but instead was more focused on being right than being helpful.
He also made me drive an extra 30 minutes to another location to complete the return, which gave me the impression that Apple’s online support and Apple Store locations are not aligned and operate differently.
In contrast, the Apple specialist and the team at the Huntington location provided great customer service.

Noisy, busy, uncomfortable seating. Our genius tech kept getting pulled away to assist co-workers. He did fix our iPhone issue, but most questions were deflected to our carrier or "that's done by the user "
As if we came in not knowing anything and had caused the problem ourselves. 4th star is for the very friendly greeter.

They told me I didn't need an appointment to pick up a replacement phone but I stood in the corner for almost an hour. This place is a nightmare always a long wait. Apple needs to open more stores in long island

They take forever My phone broke so I was gonna get a new phone
And put my iCloud on it and person that works there said give me one minute And it’s been One hour and I’m still waiting for my phone
