  Not happy. Switched over to cricket from Verizon, 4 lines $100 plan, was told I get 2 new phones for doing so, but have to wait for 1st billing cycle. Long and behold first billing cycle, I'm to late and that's only offered to new customers ,and the best they can do is the $110 plan, and it can't be reversed, was told since I took the new phones you can't have the $100 plan. Mind you none of this was brought to my attention beforehand, and I spent nearly 5 hrs in their store setting up the new phones. Wonderful!

  Trying to get problems with my phone. The person behind the counter had no idea,what he was doing . Now i. Am stuck in cell phone hell . I either get someone who i cannot understand. Or someone who is totally incompetent.cell phone company suck
