I had Lucy assist us during my visit and was so pleased with her amazing customer service and expert knowledge. She did not only assist with helping me upgrade the phone I really wanted but she informed me of my military discount that I was not utilizing, got me the best deal with trading in my old phone, and help lower my monthly bill tremendously! She helped assist me with transferring my information from my old phone to the new one. During this process she informed me that the fee should have been waved after applying my military discount. Instead of just having me call at some point to possibly see if I could have this fee taken off my next billing statement, she took the initiative and called verizon customer service herself. Saving me time and any foreseeable issues I may have had. Lucy is amazing and this Kingston location is now my go to if I have any issues or plan on making any future purchases.

I used handwritten directions to navigate to the Kingston Verizon store & Sean’s team took EXCELLENT CARE of me. Very long story short, in order to get a new phone Corporate Verizon required I update my profile (I discovered 14 years ago, I didn’t change from my maiden name). Corp Verizon did not make this process simple, especially when all my passwords, contact info, & driving directions home to the Midwest were all on the dead phone. The team at this store were tenacious in getting the help I needed. They are dedicated problem solvers who provide top notch customer service. Shout out especially to James & Leo who made sure I was taken care of & helped me get a new iPhone 17. If I could, I’d give them 10 well earned stars.
