    The worst store ever, I went there just now to upgrade my iPhone and I was waiting for 30min while all the staff were in the back , I know I will never step foot back in that place because that was very much unacceptable, I might as well switch T-Mobile

    Steer clear of this nightmare. Walk in and no one is there to help you. After someone appeared, I had a simple question but had to go into the "queue". Sat down and was joined by another waiting customer after a few minutes. There seemed to be no one working except for one young woman with a customer in front of her. A bit later, there are now 5 of us waiting to be seen and in walks one of the employees with a couple huge bags from what looked to be Wendy's. He walks into the back and next thing you know, not one worker to be seen on the floor. And it's 3:00pm, a bit past normal lunchtimes. When someone finally emerges from the back, the customer sitting next to me sees him wiping his mouth off. Slowly they all return to the floor. I understand employees getting a lunch but all at the same time? After waiting to be seen for at least 20 minutes I'd had enough and left. There isn't an ounce of professionalism to be found here, at least not that day. Do yourself a favor, go to the Verizon store (Wireless Zone) in the Kingston Plaza. Great people, friendly & efficient.

    Had trouble using the App and was able to get an appointment the same day. I had Lucy assist us during my visit and was so pleased with her amazing customer service and expert knowledge. She did not only assist with helping me upgrade the phone I really wanted but she informed me of my military discount that I was not utilizing, got me the best deal with trading in my old phone, and help lower my monthly bill tremendously! She helped assist me with transferring my information from my old phone to the new one. During this process she informed me that the fee should have been waved after applying my military discount. Instead of just having me call at some point to possibly see if I could have this fee taken off my next billing statement, she took the initiative and called verizon customer service herself. Saving me time and any foreseeable issues I may have had. Lucy is amazing and this Kingston location is now my go to if I have any issues or plan on making any future purchases.
