  They deserve much more than 5 stars. You will not find the usual condescending attitudes found in many of these tech businesses, only great and attentive service. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and everything else you need them to be. Christian helped me upgrade my phone to the current iphone 17 promotion and he was the absolute best! The other employees in the store seemed very helpful with their customers also. To the owner or manager of this Verizon location-these guys deserve raises, you definitely want to retain them! I will recommend this location to anyone anytime. Don't even bother with the Verizon location on Ulster Ave.

  The store in the Kingston Plaza is fantastic and Nate was awesome . I highly recommend anyone to go to that location and have him help you out

  Damien was by chance the best experience I ever had in a Verizon store looking at the other review there was one quite recently definitely describing the other store not this one these guys are nothing but professional I wouldn’t send anyone else ever this store is number one if you live nearby ❤️

  AGONIZING That about sums up my experience with Verizon, as a long time customer. The coverage is great, but customer service is abysmal. After unsuccessfully interacting with their phone agents three times over the last month, multiple hours each, I tried this physical location. I was hopeful, but it did not go well. I dropped in over the weekend and found they were busy. Too few agents and too many customers. Their advice at the start was, "Wait around, there are only two customers ahead of you." Well, half an hour later, there were still two customers ahead of me. I asked about making an appointment and was excited it was an option! Today was my appointment. I got a confirmation text message on my Verizon phone an hour in advance. To confirm, you would think that I could just reply with a "Y". But no, you have to click a link, authenticate into the app, and once there, the appointment confirmation message is nowhere to be found. I showed up right on time for my appointment to find too few agents helping too many customers and waited 45 minutes before I could even talk to an agent. Apparently, appointments only mean the time you plan to arrive and wait. The agent couldn't help me, so I left after wasting an hour. Is that efficient? It took only an hour to reach the point where they couldn't help me, while on the phone it took several hours to reach that point each time. There were some good things - the bathroom was clean. The store had heat and good lighting. The agents were apologetic and fully aware of the corporate soul-crushing vibe the customers are subjected to. They probably have it even worse. AGONIZING P.S.: The AI-generated apologetic message reply is also agonizing.
