He directed me to customer service, told me to listen to the prompts, and walked away. When I needed further instructions, he was nowhere to be found! When he finally came back he BARELY helped me and proceeded to help ANOTHER CUSTOMER! Like I said, less than useless. If it is possible to give zero stars, I would.
