  Awful experience with Kevin ! Wanted to get a Valentine gift. Called in advance, was told NO answers to any of my questions and was convinced by salesman to come in to his showroom on a cold day. Arrived to an empty store to have a guy by name of Kevin who was busy discussing his personal life w some one on the phone. TELLS ME : I need to sign in ! Hence no one at the store !! Not like other customers in front of me. So I sign in , following the instructions.5 minutes passed by looked at ALL phones and trying to remind Kevin about my presence and that customer is IN THE STORE. I obviously didn't come there to play video games. Came in to purchase a phone and be out the door , only to be witnessing and continuously hearing Kevin talking w some one discussing his private life. Another 5 minutes passed by. He is still running his mouth w some one about his personal life. I asked his name , was told Kevin and I WALKED OUT !!!! To the manager or corporate human resource hiring your staff...... Don't hire 19 year olds based on DUI. People like him make your store look bad.

  Greg Kaladjian provided outstanding service from start to finish. He helped me purchase and set up my new iPhone and made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Greg was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was fully set up before I left. This is exactly the level of customer service you hope for. Highly recommend asking for Greg if you’re visiting this location.

  The worst customer service ive had in a long time. The employees are just pure disrespectful and clearly do not wish to have a job. After dealing with them for a few moments I made the decision to leave and go to another location that provided excellent service. Such a shame, this location used to be one of the best.

  I visited this Jericho location to start a new service with 6 lines. Despite having an appointment, I was told it was cancelled because the representative called out. Rather than helping me find a solution, the store manager, Tyler, told me I could just activate all 6 phones on my own. I came to the store specifically for professional assistance, but I felt pushed away and dismissed. Very unprofessional leadership for a manager; I expected much better service as a new customer. When I asked for his employee ID to document the interaction, he intentionally hid his ID badge and refused to provide his information. It is unacceptable for a manager to be this dismissive and then try to hide their identity to avoid accountability. As a brand-new customer, I felt completely unwelcome. Avoid this location if you expect professional service or transparency.

  i would give them no stars if i could. This place is a joke. No one wants to help you or actually work. I put my name in the wait list and a guy who works there was busy talking to his associate so he did not bother helping me until he was done talking. I could hear their conversation since it was right there and they were not talking about work. He finally decides to help me and i tell him my situation and he tells me that i have to call customer service over the phone and that he could not help me. I told him how i was already on the phone with customer service for 5-6 hours the day before and still not able to get my situation resolved. He did not care, he said he could not do anything in the store and that he could not call customer service with me to try to at least help me out. He directs me to some online website and while i was looking at that he said he had to use the bathroom and would be right back. Never came back. I tried to talk to another person there afterwards who pretty much told me they are all just sales rep's there at the store and they can not help with any sort of issues at all at the store. Shame on all of them and Verizon. Very sad
