The technician while creating a new account on a new phone put false information in my account...addresses in Colorado and Florida, basically backdoor access to my passwords. Thank God he did a lousy job and did to that back door the phone wasn't acting right. Brought it to a 3rd party and he found all of it ...he saw a similar thing happen with Lyca Mobile and they ended up draining an account of $5000.00. I contacted consumer affairs and the district attorneys office. I should of known by their dodgy reviews where they are taking pics of unsuspecting people. You have been warned
