I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Ross , Dr. Butler and his team . without the wonderful people employed at this animal hospital. I truly believe that the outcome for my dog would not have been as positive as it was. I feel truly blessed to have crossed paths with you all thank you so much. Dan and Bear .

I want to thank Dr Thorne and Ross for saving Buster. He was quite sick and required emergency surgery. They were the best doctors and staff I’ve ever dealt with from the moment we walked in the door. Buster is home now and on the mend. Thank you again!

From the minute we entered the door we knew we were taking our cat Lenny to the correct place. Everyone, from the receptionist to the techs and of course Dr. Rassnick treated us with respect and compassion. Since the appointment, Hannah of their staff has been extremely helpful. She answers our texts quickly with solid information. We are grateful for her and all of the employees at VCA Colonial.

Saved my dogs life! My dog had an infection in her uterus, no vet in a 2 hour radius would take her in for surgery, and she didn't have 2 hours to get there. Despite being at capacity, VCA not only took her in, but was so helpful when it came time to pay, offering loans and credit. My dogs uterus was 7 lbs at the time of removal and she would not have made it through the night without them. Their compassion for animal care is absolutely unmatched! I genuinely cannot thank the staff enough for their help on the worst night of my life and for saving my baby!

I had an excellent experience with VCA Colonial Animal Hospital. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took amazing care of my dog Maza, explained everything clearly, and truly showed compassion. Even though I’m not from the area, they made everything easy for me — including follow-ups and prescriptions. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pet. — Nenad Novacic
