After the whirlwind of a day I had with my Hashbrown (cat); these folks deserve an award for the service that they offer to all of the pet owners. Especially Darien. First time cat owner and mine has to be kept over night for a sickness, Darien was awesome with giving me the info I needed when I needed it most. Thankful to the max for these folks. I can’t thank them enough for the care they provided.

The staff here is so amazing. Specifically Nico Russotto and Guthrie. They made me feel very safe and confident about leaving my cat in their hands to treat and comforted me when I was alone and visibly upset and nervous. I can not recommend this animal hospital enough and am so grateful for their wonderful staff!

A special heart felt Christmas message to VCA Colonial Animal Hospital and Dr. Butler, DVM who saved our pup on an August 7th , 2025 ER visit. Her prognosis was not a good one for our Jake. Her Emergency treatment was live saving for him. Now four months following this event, we still have our happy boy….. That is my best Christmas gift this season. Jake is one fighter and we want to wish everyone at VCA Colonial ……. Merry Christmas

I took my beloved best friend Boots to the ER On a random cold Friday. The staff was super compassionate and helpful and kind to me and Boots. I didnt get the best news and had to make a difficult decision for her. The staff were super kind and supportive. Here is a picture of Boots in better days. Also - facility is accessible for anyone in a manual wheelchair. Doors are wide and easy to navigate.
