She’s been a loyal Verizon customer for the past 25 years. Unfortunately she was misled into a promotion offering an upgraded phone credit. The sales rep mislead her by saying she did not need to upgrade her current phone plan in order to receive the promo. However, she did not know she was unexpectedly enrolled in the more expensive plan until she got the next bill. She tried to resolve the issue with customer service but was told if she downgraded to her original plan she would lose the promo phone credit. Please bring your wireless phone business to a company that is honest, transparent and values customer service such as Cricket Wireless, NOT the Verizon-Hyde Park store.

He fixed my issue in 7 minutes, in time to get me out the door in time for an appointment. I would definitely recommend everyone stop in this store for good results.😊
