  *** Huntington NY Best Buy - To: the Corporate Office and Managers…. I must send a review: Your Geek squad worker named Ca’marai is one of the kindest, sweetest, hardest determined worker I have ever met….she went WAY out of her way - beyond measures to personally fix my computer .. (Call it what you want… but this young lady was sent to me … at a moment ..that means more to me than you know) _* it has been a horrible year for my family ..for my son has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.. and to add to the list of troubles.. we needed documents on my computer that were very very important —- and Ca’Marai went way beyond the kindness in her heart to fix and get my laptop to work so that I could get what I needed …. Please commend this sweet girl.. for she has a special soul… a big heart…and a magic touch…!!! I hope she knows this about herself…. FOR..it needs to be recognized when KINDNESS beyond measure …and when someone goes out of their way for a stranger .. it must be acknowledged !! #THANKYOU CA’MARAI .. This young lady is going places. .. …. I hope she will remember. What her kindness meant !!! #kindnessmatters #othersmatter

  Had the geek squad install a 12k unit;TV, speakers, surround sound, and stereo system, 2 days ago. The wiring apparatus fell off the wall pulling all the cables with it. Thank god one of the cables stayed on and prevented the box from crashing on the new sound box and table.Try to call Best Buy in Huntington where I picked up and no one picked up. Only when I finally decided to call sales and ask for pricing did some one answer the phone. How do you put a unit on the wall and not secure it? They send inexperience personal who have to call on the phone to ask other people questions how to operate the system. If I can I would send the system back and ask for a refund.
