- EDElodie Drapeau4 days ago1.0The management of this store is so ridiculous that I do not even know what to think about it. Few months ago I went to buy an iPad Pro. The wait was so long that I had the time to order it online and have it deliver to my house before someone could help me. This time, I wanted to change my phone battery and buy an iWatch ultra 3. I showed for my appointment and waited at a table watching people behind the Genius Bar talking. After half an hour, someone finally came to see me just to tell me that it was too late and they could not change my battery this day. He offered to reschedule for the next day but with no warranty that the same thing would not happen again if I was coming after work. Even for a morning appointment they are not able to tell me if the wait will be 1 or 4 hours. I still do not understand the point of giving appointments to people if it is to make them wait and then turn them away. That just makes no sense to me. But my problem is solved, Best Buy got my money instead and I will think twice before to comeback to this place.
