Employee could not multitask. We were there until 9pm. 3 hours and 20 min . We Asked for one phone and were forced into 2.( at that point I had to go to the bathroom for hours and none of us had eaten) Asked for my discount for being a 20 year plus customer and was told “ I have to call and get a credit” Both phones were set up to mirror mine. Unusable both phones I spent 2 hours the next night on the phone with Verizon tech support to fix . They Still don’t work. My husband is now going to another Verizon store. I Do not recommend this location! If you go eat 1st, use the restroom and maybe bring a book.

She was hilarious and made the whole transaction go so smoothly. She gave me her number if I had any questions, I reached out to her about something on my phone. She answered almost immediately and answered my questions. Ask for savenia!
