When there is only one employee available to help the entire store… seriously ? I waited over 30 mins without so much as an “ I’ll be right with you”. After waiting all that time I asked roughly how much longer and the girl just said “ I have no idea”. She didn’t even apologize for the waiting. I finally left. The worst customer service ever. The amount of people who need help and one person in the whole store is unacceptable. I’ll never return and I’m switching my service to another provider.

During that long wait, my spouse was repeatedly refused access to the restroom by employees Steven and Ecen. This is a 5,500+ sq. ft. retail building—it is legally required by NY State Plumbing Code (Section 403.3) to provide facilities for patrons, especially those you've kept in the store for hours. My spouse was forced to walk to the Marriott next door just to find a restroom. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers. Avoid this location if you expect basic decency.
