Every single time without fail they have had some sort of “issue” as to why they don’t have phones in stock and then they direct me to the website or a phone number to call for assistance. I don’t want to call a phone number… I’m standing in your store- why should I have to call someone else when there are 4 Verizon employees right here? This third trip I checked online for the stock and it said they had the phone available at this location so I drive over and Oop- what do ya know, they don’t have it. When I told the employee this, he said “oh yea you can never trust the website, it’s not updated” - oh right my bad for trusting the website of the largest phone carrier in the country. It’s clear that they are too lazy to go in to update the inventory and therefore inconvenience potential customers. I had a trip to Florida the next week so I went in to a random Verizon store in Jacksonville, FL and within seconds they had a variety of phones available for me to choose AND had an amazing upgrade offer for me and now I have a new free iPad to go with my brand new IPhone 17 Pro Max. They solved my 2 year problem that this store has failed to solve repeatedly. They didn’t have 10 excuses on deck, or try to get me to “call this number” - shoutout Verizon in Jacksonville Beach Florida! Will not come here again.
