    Clerks here will make a mistake and tell you to call customer service to deal with fixing it on your own time. Terrible customer service. Requested a manager and she was awfully rude and told me to take me problems elsewhere. Don't even bother going to this store. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

    Bought a very price phone case 5 months ago. Within 5 months the case is cracked. Called to find out what they could do and they said it's been 5 months so we can't help you. I've bought plenty of phone cases much cheaper than this one and they've never cracked. Very ,very poor customer service. Will never return.

    Very disappointed with the manager Melissa. She refused to help me with an issue I had. Told me that it’s not her problem and that I shouldn’t of ordered online. Why have online shipping if your stores will refuse to help because they aren’t making the commission on the sale. Taking my 30 line business account to AtT&T this weekend. Sad because I’ve been with Verizon for 21 years

    Worst service I ever received. Manager refused to fix a simple issue. Told me it wasn’t her job since I ordered online and not in her store. Refused to give me her name. Mind you I work for a third party version dealer.
