I was very dedicated and answered all her issues and helped her set up a new phone. And I also had questions on my phone. And he checked our bill status and to see if that could be taken care of and lowered and he did. He said amazing, amazing person. To work with and recommend him highly to anybody coming in. And also um that Verizon should recognize his dedication to their company. And his ability and just a wonderful person to be around. And I'm glad that we got to meet him and work with him .
