They did not have the color phone he wanted but she went out of her way to help him locate one at a store in our area even though it was very late. She was professional, thorough, and committed to help him find the right phone and the right deal. Trust her to help you navigate to the best opportunity. Not to mention she was just delightful! Today I had to follow up on a matter we were struggling with. Jason, the store manager, overheard the conversation the rep and I were having. He came over to assist. It is obvious that excellence is the standard there. Jason made the calls necessary to resolve my concerns, reviewed my account, ensured that we had the things we needed and educated me about things that I was not using. There are stores closer, but as long as he and Jaime are there that is my store of choice. The Scotia Glenville store and staff are top notch service providers. Just can't say it enough, go there you are in great hands!
