Would not recommend this location for returning equipment. Was immediately suspicious when the staff member asked me for ID, as I’ve done drop offs for it before and they also take the equipment by mail. I didn’t hand over my ID thankfully because the guy starts pulling up the wrong account and saying my serial number does not match. He told me I need to call Verizon and figure out the problem. I knew there wasn’t one. A woman that worked there got done with a customer and explained what he needed to do (click on advanced search and enter the serial number). He starts doing the same thing he did before and when I corrected him he got agitated, saying I’m over his shoulder. I was in there for twenty minutes as he’s telling me this is something I need to figure out with customer service by phone. The girl finally just came over and did it in two seconds. I don’t mind at all when people are still training or are unsure of something, but don’t tell me I need to go home and figure it out — there’s no shame in not knowing what to do but you need to ask for help. I just moved to the area and have Verizon internet and mobile service but I will not return to that location. Also didn’t appreciate his language.

Best store to get help with my Fios and Verizon account. Always friendly and understanding and never felt like I was taken advantage of unlike other locations. This will now and always be my local location im going to use.
