I was ready to switch carriers after being a loyal customer for twenty years. However I needed a functioning device to do so. I went to my local Verizon for one last try. Needless to say, Zee restored my faith in Verizon and my device. BEST VISIT EVER.

They are full of scams left and right, offering weird discounts while charging you more in other areas. They made us get 2 extra phone lines without an honest explanation. All their “offers” are so confusing and downright full of bs. They do not generate any itemized receipts for purchases. Charged $100 more for the phone I got than it was worth! He gave me a phone with half the storage of my previous phone without telling me. Literal scam artists that work there! AVOID THIS STORE.

When I returned to the store he was ready to sit down and help me upgrade my phone. Gil got right down to business, found me the best deal on an iPhone 17 (and helped me save money on my current plan), and I left with a new phone in hand. I highly recommend this store!
